Grand Del Mar

The project consists of a 3-story, five-star hotel with 261 suites, ballroom and meeting room facilities, a one level retail space built over part of the guest suites, and underground parking for 264 cars. The 421,000-sf hotel and parking garage are constructed with concrete. The total project area is 576,500-sf. Estimated construction cost is $120 million.
