16th & Market

In San Diego, the Center City Development Corporation  (CCDC) is the non profit corporation created by the City of San Diego to staff and implement Downtown redevelopment projects and programs.   One of the main goals of downtown’s redevelopment is to expand and preserve the supply of affordable housing. 

As part of this on going effort Father Joe’s Village has completed building a project on 16th & Market in San Diego; a 12-story affordable housing development, using BauGrid ® in all the shear wall boundary elements
