60-Story, poured-in-place concrete building, completed in February 2008, is the fourth tallest building in San Francisco, the tallest residential tower west of the Mississippi River and the tallest concrete structure in the Western United States. Built with BauGrid® as transverse reinforcement for all the beams, columns and shear wall boundary elements, this building is the 2009 Merit Award winner for “Best Construction Management” presented by California Construction Magazine.
